      They pay you to come and work.

      Cons

      Management is uncooperative with any questions you may have. Pay is far below industry average. Benefits are weak at best. They will fire you for no reason then attempt to block your unemployment benefits that you deserve. Extremely high turnover. All systems are decades outdated and it shows. Company continues to lose money in many industries it insures.

      There is little incentive for long-term loyalty. Compensation appears to be based on legacy pay structures, resulting in new hires sometimes receiving higher starting salaries than long-tenured employees with extensive institutional knowledge and expertise in company processes.
