      Pros

      37.5 hour work week with some departments working 4 day work weeks. Most departments are pretty decent to work for. Good place to work for 1 year to obtain experience.

      Cons

      Company is lacking leadership with management/officer level- only concerned about themselves. HR doesn't basically exist nor shows concern. Entry level position pay are terrible compared to current job market.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Cons

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
