Pros
It has good commission, 401K available, health benefits (extremely expensive).
Cons
Just like any good salesman the people from ANICO like to paint a nice picture of the company saying it's the best. I'm a college student looking for a stable job and this is not it. 95% of the people working in my office don't have college education, no high school nor GED about 60% can't speak english, not even some of the managers. So for them this is like a dream come true but not really. When you have college education or some type of education you realize just how lame this job is. They tell you that you make your own schedule, yet you are required to work from 8:00 to 1:00 pm then 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The director of the company told me straight up that I can't continue with my college degree and I couldn't work anywhere else nor have other type of income. They make you drive all around your city, no paid gas nor car maintenance and their excuse is that they pay you well enough. Probably the worst thing about this job is the fact that the manager makes you put money from your own pocket to pay the premium of new business, or the premium of some policies that might cancel,
