      Pros

      Not much! No Name Brand with little exposure and no real structure.

      Cons

      Just a free for all, very hard to get started no one knows the brand. They also dot pay on time, consistently late and lots of excuses. Owners don't really want to grow and if they do you are on your own with little to no training. You also are never really and owner, you don't own your book they can take it feomtyoy at anytime.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Cons

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
