Pros

Good atmosphere, learned a lot. Very hands-on training and always felt like I could ask for help. Really enjoyed my time there for 3 years.

Cons

There is a lot to learn and you need to be able to answer any question that comes from a customer. The insurance business is a difficult one for customer service, but the agents are always willing to take the call for you if you get in a bind.
