Pros
I was fortunate to be in a department with excellent managers. They had an open door policy and were always willing to help. great benefits and very friendly employees.
Cons
Hard to get promoted. Promotions are usually given to those who are friends with the manager. Management is some departments leave a lot to be desired. The portion that employees pay for health insurance is very expensive.
