      They used to care about employees

      Cons

      I was a top performer and chose to leave due to the Brookfield acquisition leading to very profits above everything else mentality. It was a good company to work for but Brookfield made it bad. You need to stay away.

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
