      Pros

      Good PTO and other benefits Nice co-workers Easy to climb the ladder and make more money with few external qualifications

      Cons

      Upper leadership has no idea what's going on and constantly flip flops. Pay is well below industry standards. Not enough employees to stay on top of the work load despite trying to grow. Unrealistic profit goals, especially compared to the amount of investment. No stability and corporate structure is always changing.

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
