Pros

If you try and pay attention and do your best, as simple as that sounds, you are seen, and valued. The work isn't physically hard at all, the people who work there are all pretty nice and down to earth. The environment is very chill and laid back, as long as the work is done right, the days are easy,..

Cons

Lots of temps that are temp minded, instead of progress and performance minded. We need more people that are excited to learn and move up. Not alot of ambitious people there, which makes the sky the limit if your trying to find a place that won't take forever to move up....

Pros

The pros are the coworkers- when teamwork is essential, you are bound to make friends, and since upper management is never satisfied with production numbers- even when surpassing product orders....... the days go by fast.

Cons

When I was there 95% of APC's labor force was commissioned through staffing agencies. Most temps walked off the job or never returned after the first day. This frequently meant that new temps had to be dispatched consistently. Regardless what anyone claims- make no mistake- the work at APC is HARD. Therefore, in a nutshell- new walk-ons suck at it- and never return. So- the half of workers on the floor that know the job are constantly getting slowed down having to show new walk-ons how to pack or they are slowed down waiting for newbies to catch up. Administration incentivizes workers by playing on their ego and stirring up competitive drive amongst the personnel. If a laborer has a problem or question they are told to ask their agency who tells them to ask APC who tells them to ask their agency and so on and so forth. I miss the guys I worked with. I eventually left to go back to school so I would not be trapped by such manipulative organizational culture again.
