Pros
Coming in as a New Red Cross employee and learning about the history of the organization it is making all the right moves in transforming into a modern day, innovative non-profit, focusing on being proactive, not reactive like yester-year. It is making tough decisions, in order to maximize impact to the US citizens it serves.
Cons
Little to no introductory training is a major downfall of this organization. Investment up front with new employees, minimum of two weeks of training would be a worthwhile investment.
