Pros
The ARC does well by their people, with better than average pay and good benefits. The healthcare is cheap and decent, and full-time employees start with 22 days of PTO (7 recognized holidays, 5 floating holidays and 10 PTO/Sick Days). It is very difficult to get let go without trying really hard.
Cons
Pay is lower than in the private sector, and there is constant change as they seek to improve systems and processes to cut costs. They also aren't transparent about pay ranges and bonuses until you reach a manager position.
