The company Lies to you. Do not care about work life balance. They change blood drive location on you that morning. They do not want you to go to school. We had 16 people last Aug 2023 quite because the Red Cross would not support the school schedule. 95% of the staff leaves the job after 90-120days because they see how dysfunction the company is. Interview they are not to you have drive your own vehicle every day to the drives. It could be in Waldron MI all the way to Harrison MI.

Tooling is limited compared to corporate environments — primarily Excel-driven, so you won't get exposure to modern BI stacks (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake) unless you bring them in yourself. Data sources are inconsistent (legacy .xls files, manual exports requiring conversion), so expect clean-up work.
