Cons
Low paying non-managerial roles (one size fits all approach), No summer hours, low opportunity for advancement and limited work from home opportunities for non-managerial roles not involved directly with production oversight, employees are undervalued and potentially written up by highly insecure managers. Low promotions internally unless you’ve been with the company 7+ years or cozy up to managers unprofessionally, high favoritism, old school way of promoting/retaining employees. Hardwork is overlooked- high energy hardworking employees are targeted/written up, submissive and complacent employees are rewarded. HR is completely useless. Lots of talk about making changes and growth however anyone who voices growth ideas and is not management are targeted.
