The benefits are fair (11 holidays, 6 sick days, paid breaks). The coworkers who aren't management are nice and friendly. Most people work hard.

Huge lack of thorough communication in management, and between management and their operators. They would not accommodate my disability. They cannot keep their HR role filled, and they really really need an HR. The owner usually yells at his employees. Many days include interruption from management, during which you are expected to drop what you are doing to accommodate them. Machines are not at a comfortable-to-work-at height, leading to bad aches and pains. Furlough at a moment's notice, and lied to about when employees will return. Inadequate lighting and dull scissors (never sharpened while I was there) for active stitching and inspection. Fired the day before my vacation for not responding to an email that had already been taken care of.
