Only Pro is the employees. Most are nice but some are low skilled for their job. There are no real Pros to working there.
Cons
For the cons. Management has no respect for the employees or for quality in the product. They only care about getting it shipped out to meet revenue. They have manufacturing engineers who over ride quality on verified workmanship and parts issues. Just so they can make schedule.
They are still using old manufacturing , inventory and planning technologies to run the company.
The quality department is really non existence in that management never objects to obvious defects. The lead for quality is the only person that actually cares. Yet is treated like they are the problem and not the solution.
As for quality engineers on the floor. They have none.
The head of manufacturing never comes out on the floor to ask how things are going.
I worked there before it was sold to O.S.I they cared before about people and product . Now they don't.
As far as benefits go. Forget about it. Health plan is so expensive that by the time you meet the deductible you made a monthly house payment. They shut down for Christmas and don't pay the employees for it. You have to take your paid time off you earned or borrow in advance to get paid.
