Family orientated laid back but serious hard working environment with many people with years of experience.

None what so ever, they will have your back if you talk them.

Flexible at times, paid overtime, decent amount of days off allowed, access to best equipment in industry. Had benefits but never got to use them becus office is so disorganized.

There is no customer service (customers have complained a lot in past) and I frequently have been caught in a circle of lies btwn customers and middle management. In fact, I have been lied to, discriminated against based on race, and manipulated. Under new management and hoping but few people have remained and management may stay the same unless specific people are kicked out or supervised properly.
