Pros

Monday through Friday schedule, easy commute

Cons

It is difficult to get the full 40 hours as a full time employee because of PPD. This is not discussed in the interview. The pay rate is less than state average for similar positions. Insurance is very expensive, with high deductable.

Pros

The coworkers are amazing and make the work environment enjoyable. The residents are wonderful to work with and are one of the best parts of the job. Management does a great job planning fun parties and activities, and there is usually a lot of staff involvement, which helps create a positive and engaging atmosphere.

Cons

Management can be somewhat inconsistent. Employees are often recognized for their work, but there are times when micromanagement creates unnecessary stress. Pay is below what many similar positions offer, and communication between management and staff could be improved. Greater consistency and clearer communication would help employee morale and retention.
