      Great pay, great swag, good contracts.

      Cons

      Lack of support, training and coaching. They hire and fire without investing in their people. If you make one mistake, or ask for help, you’re gone.

      Fun atmosphere where dinners and swag occur. They do want to work with top name clients.

      Cons

      Owner is unethical and can't be trusted. Management is all over the place and it seems like everyone has a manager title.
