To be the best is not easy, it takes hard work, Development , Motivation , Devotion to employees , A employer that really cares and makes me do my best. We are in sales and the aim is to make more sales and learn to go to the next level of success and professionalism. this is hard work. I need a manager that leads me ,pushes me and teaches me to become the best that i can possibly be. I find my boss to be honest ,successful , highly driven and a true leader and loves like minded individuals. last year i made $120k in commissions plus salary and no.. thats not enough i want to do more this year. Please keep pushing me to reach higher levels of success that i did not even know i could reach. Without your leadership i know i could not have reach this level. So thank you so much for caring and pushing us all to do our best.

Holding on to dead weight , being too positive thinking everyone wants to be successful , the truth is some people just come for a salary. thats a joke. why be in sales if you do that?
