This company has a heinously toxic work environment. Management is very disrespectful, using profane and aggressive language while also making unreasonable demands. I was assigned a majority of tasks outside my role, which were not part of the original job description. They mislead employees about overtime, claiming it’s available during onboarding but then denying it. Promises of sponsorship were made but quickly abandoned when expectations weren’t met. They show little concern for employee wellbeing, telling sales reps to work outside of regular hours and stay in constant contact with clients. Despite making substantial revenue, they refuse to tip service providers and refuse to properly compensate staff. Overall, the lack of respect and lies make this a challenging and unprofessional place to work for. Proceed with caution or don’t proceed at ALL …
