Overall, a very good place to work. The building is beautiful, colleagues are friendly, the work is usually interesting, and management is pretty receptive and responsive.

Location is a little far for many lunch options within reasonable lunch periods. Building has some hot spots and cold spots at certain times of year.

Very predictable environment and work, great training and understanding of mistakes and being human. No expectation to work from home or off-hours and overall work hours are less than other companies generally. Regular yearly performance reviews are nice and predictable. Benefits are great!

No flexibility--expect to work on a schedule with specified hours, breaks, and lunches and make up any time out for doc appts/etc. like an hourly employee, but still get hints to work extra hours anyway. Deadlines aren't really tracked to and priorities shift a lot. Culture is very formal and prides quiet, but sometimes seem to squelch personality and fun. Not much room for advancement or learning outside of general role except for in a few areas.
