Pros

Metrics are pretty consistent. You have a “incentive program” and it’s relatively easy to hit all metrics however the QA team that grades your calls with customers changes their focus weekly and often changes processes as long as you are quick to adapt you will be fine..

Cons

half of the issues customers call in with you can not help because you are at the mercy of the distribution center, therefore if you have a issue that needs solving there’s often no direct solution for the customer meaning you get to have that hard conversation with them.

Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

Cons

Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
