      This company provides you every thing you could ever need to be successful. lots of room for growth,best place I've ever worked.

      The company can be a bit rigid at times, change takes time. When you need flexibility it's hard to get any at times.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
