      The culture is very family oriented and focused on a work life balance. Management is supportive of a flexible schedule and working around family and personal responsibilities.

      Cons

      New management and restructuring has made it difficult to accomplish goals recently. Many changes that take up the majority of your time. Also, as a female it can be difficult to be taken seriously and considered for promotions.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
