Pros
I have been employed a short time here at ATD, I admire the fact that culture and safety are the number one priority of every one and especially upper management. 3 months in and I still find my self being challenged in different ways on a daily basis. Which is something that is highly important to me because I like to be challenged and its something new to learn on a daily basis. Along with that, the benefits are amazing here, far better than you will find at most local businesses. Plenty of chances for growth here at ATD
Cons
Pros outweigh the cons by a longshot, don't have many complaints. The only issue that we are currently experiencing is we are short staffed. Turnover rate has been a little high due to corporate changes, but that is something that is out of our control.
