Not sure the company knows what direction to go - OAM American Tire Distributors Employee Review

Company seems unstable an does not seem to want to do what required to corner the market. From what I see where they have the good old boy club mentality the company does well but where they have actual competition they typically don't rise to the level that's needed. Company is requiring non compete for even entry level sales positions it seems to be an attempt to limit their employees options. They seem to change the rules to benefit the company and try to put a people first spin , it's dishonest
