Many very good people here all of whom are disillusioned with new management and current direction.
Cons
New management has destroyed this company. They focus on technology that the customers don't care about. They've given up their core principals that built the company in favor of Corporatizing it. All the new management cares about is getting the company public and making their Billion. Company will probably fold in the next 3-5 years if they continue this direction.
