Another American company pushing to move resources overseas. Incompetent senior leadership dragging down the company. Teams constantly push unrealistic deadlines and results are poor at best. Way too many shortcuts. The CEO is disconnected from the day to day work, believing that everyone is happy at quarterly events, when several teams are just failing apart. The company is falling behind our competitors so fast that it became too painful to watch. Many new leaders who were promoted or brought in are making the culture so toxic and people are miserable.
