Pros
The company provides a prime opportunity to learn. Similar to the financial crisis in 2008, ATD will offer you a unique opportunity to learn in a crisis environment. Nothing about this company is stable and I would advise all to stay away. I was lucky enough to leave on my own terms, but many other talented individuals were not as lucky.
Cons
The overall business operating model is not sustainable. The way in which the company has progressed through rounds and rounds of layoffs is not healthy and unsustainable for the individuals remaining. I can assure you if you are reading this, those interviewing you are looking for a way out. Don't make the mistake of joining this organization, you will regret your decision.
