Pros
Depending on what team you are on, the work life balance can be good. If you're on the "wrong" team then you're work life balance will be terrible. Compensation at the higher management levels are competitive with the market. Lower level experience compensation is below market.
Cons
The accounting leadership is terrible. They are reactionary without purpose, finger point when things go wrong without looking at what happened or why, and have no vision. Instead of fixing problems, they react and blame and put band aid patches on issues rather than getting to the root of the problem and possibly working across teams. Extreme favoritism among the accounting leadership. Leadership weren't very up front or transparent on company issues and news, very poor communication but it honestly felt more than just that...almost secretive.
