      None, the company continues to lose good, loyal people.

      Cons

      Seth Guterman is all about himself. Not half the manager his father was. Only takes care of his senior management team and doesn't care that the environment is horrible to work in.

      Some of the best reasons would have to be the people you work with, the location, the benefits and the stability it provides you..

      Cons

      It can be a grind at times but when things get slow you can count on more weekends off to recoup.
