Pros

Outstanding support staff Company had good intentions

Cons

I’ve been in veterinary medicine for decades, and I’ve seen my fair share of good leadership and bad. This company loves to preach “relationships,” but when a man at corporate died, nothing was said or done. Hospitals are scrutinized relentlessly, yet no findings are ever shared. Instead, blame gets assigned, the target shifts, and leadership calls it strategy. The C-Suite shakes hands and smacks backs, but they’re out of answers and ideas, and their egos prevent them from seeking input from experts already working under this very umbrella. We’re on a bit of a “culture kick,” but it’s hollow. If you interrupt hospitals during busy times to beg staff to take part in distasteful stunts for the internet, that’s not culture. That’s theater. At this stage in my career, I know what real leadership looks like - and this ain't it. I guess I've reached my point. Thank you.

Pros

Great teams and internal training program the technicians. The company is pretty hands off with medicine so the doctors have autonomy on how they practice. Compensation and benefits are consistent with others in the industry.

Cons

Since management doesn't dictate medicine, style of medicine seems to differ between locations so it is probably important to make sure your approach to medicine matches the practice you are in.

Pros

The animals are the only pro.

Cons

This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever worked in. My immediate Lead holds grudges and is not a lead at all other than by title. If you do something that she doesn't agree with she will refuse to talk to you and will badmouth you behind closed doors. Refusing to wear a mask when they were sick with a contagious illness is not the way in 2026. My PM is unprofessional at BEST and is rude and condescending to her subordinates. I will not be here much longer. Need to find work, first. The majority of the staff at the practice has been run off by their clique-y-ness or are planning their exit strategies. Also, the pay is legit minimum wage, and after taxes, totally not worth it. Zero stars, would not recommend.
