American Woodmark = American Holidays for time off lol.
Management is horrid. They throw anyone into that role and think they can mold someone who doesn’t have any manager experience at all.
Lack of discipline for management when they do something wrong or illegal.
No real raises nor promotion. They promise you that when you’re hired but it’s a lie.
No growth or opportunity at all.
Complaints are not heard or taken seriously at all.
Upper Management in VA are 100% disconnected from what goes on at the sites and they don’t care unless it affects them directly.
Management is allowed to say derogatory remarks about women (ie the fat girl or they talk about people’s race). At times even racist.
Lack of caring about employees
They want you to work overtime for them when your on salary but god forbid you need some time off for personal issues to get that time back it will be used against you.
No one truly cares.
Benifits are a total joke they cover nothing at all.
