Pros

the team was good but that was literally it. sometimes the employees were grateful for me helping them get a position. There is always room to go up because of the high turnover, but you wont be paid well for it you might not get a pay raise with your promotion. Starting pay as a recruiting assistant is comparable to starting wage at burgerking or target. To get a raise you have to tell them why you deserve it and basically kiss butt to get a living wage. You would think that as a "professional staffing agency" they would be able to pay their staff as professionals.

Cons

The company does not pay it's staff enough for the amount of work they have to do day to day. micromanagement is alive and well at AWG, mostly put on by leadership because they think it is conducive to being productive when it really is just an added stressor and task on everyones to-do list. AWG goes through internal employees very quickly because they do not value them. Working with people with criminal records straight out of prison on a daily basis was very hard.
