Pros
You are surrounded by intelligent people who enjoy working there and want to succeed for their clients. Opportunity to design your own career path, as long as you work hard, produce positive results, and continue to grow. Great health and retirement benefits. Newly renovated, open office. You very rarely take your home with you and need to work outside business hours. This will happen sometimes, but it's not the norm, and will happen with any job you want to work hard at.
Cons
Not much vacation offered to new employees with little-to-no experience, even low for experienced developers. I initially had 2 weeks of PTO as a developer with 10+ years of experience. No tuition reimbursement, at least not while I was there, maybe they changed that. Office is located in the suburbs, and not very close to a train or el if you live downtown.
