Pros

Ping pong, potluck, occasional company lunches, cupcakes for birthday people, food trucks, gym, TVs in the break room, on-site dry cleaning

Cons

Pay. Atmosphere, computer software doesn’t do what it is supposed to. The goal is higher every month when you’re lucky if you make it at all.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your experience with the company! We are sorry that your employment experience was not what you expected it to be. We are a rapidly growing company that implemented our own proprietary software. With any new software implementation, there are bound to be bugs, but we did our best to work through them quickly. We pride ourselves on setting realistic and attainable goals for our employees and actually adjusted the goals down when we encountered the software issues. We did ramp them back up when the bugs were worked out and the teams have since broken production records month over month. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors and hope that you have been able to find an opportunity that is a better fit for you!

Pros

Low barrier to entry, if you can talk to people, you can do this job. You'll get a ton of reps with real clients in real financial situations, and the commission upside is legitimate. Strong months can clear $20K+

Cons

The hours are long and the emotional weight is constant, your clients are in crisis by definition, so you're absorbing that stress daily. Management just adds to that stress. The fees are steep, and it's on you to get clients to accept them. The hard truth is it's usually their only viable option, but that doesn't make the conversation easy.
