Pros

The culture here is unmatched—everyone genuinely wants each other to succeed, and the environment feels like a team in the best way. Leadership is exceptional; my manager is hands-down the best I’ve ever worked with—supportive, knowledgeable, and leads from the front. There’s also real money to be made here if you put in the work. I’ve had such a great experience that I’ve already referred several friends, and I’ll keep recommending it.

Cons

Turnover can be high, which is surprising considering the opportunity here. Some people might underestimate how much effort it takes to succeed—but for those who are driven, it’s well worth it.

Thank you for the thoughtful and detailed review. We’re thrilled to hear that you’ve had such a positive experience, especially with our team culture and leadership, which we take great pride in. It also means a lot to know that the opportunity here has been meaningful enough for you to refer others; that kind of trust is truly appreciated. We understand that the pace and expectations of this role can be challenging, particularly for those new to the industry. Your point about better setting expectations is well taken, and we’re continually working to improve the onboarding experience. We truly appreciate your feedback and your contributions, thank you for being a part of what makes our culture so special! Wishing you a bright and successful future!

Pros

Low barrier to entry, if you can talk to people, you can do this job. You'll get a ton of reps with real clients in real financial situations, and the commission upside is legitimate. Strong months can clear $20K+

Cons

The hours are long and the emotional weight is constant, your clients are in crisis by definition, so you're absorbing that stress daily. Management just adds to that stress. The fees are steep, and it's on you to get clients to accept them. The hard truth is it's usually their only viable option, but that doesn't make the conversation easy.
