Not a great company to work for - Anonymous employee Americu Credit Union Employee Review

This company is based off of close relationships, many family or very close friends. They allow family to work and report to each other, which creates favoritism and biased decisions. If you are not apart of their “group” they tend to bully other employees. Management and HR turn a blind eye and will try to force you out. Many of the department are unwilling to work with each other which causes many breaks in communication and collaboration. Their operations are very outdated and are unwilling to spend money in systems to increase productivity and performance.
