Pros
We do get an annual bonus based on our metrics but it’s not worth staying there when you have to deal with so much BS. They favor favoritism, bullying and so much more.
Cons
High turnover, Management is toxic, do not trust HR. Their goal is to fire people who speak up. Do not trust the anonymous surveys. Negativity in break rooms- seems multiple departments are unhappy with management. Do not give 110%, you will not get recognition. Employees with close to a decade are quitting
