Learn a lot about construction, seeing growth for the economy.

Hard workers get nothing while theft of hours by connected supervisors for their pet employees, supervisors propositioning the female crew, and huge per diem, while other employees struggle to make ends meet, is disgusting. Most jobs are low paying, The Project Manager is too young and inexperienced, but no one else would accept the low pay for the job, so the site isn't run well at all. Just because supervisors can build roads and clear land doesn't mean they follow laws correctly or have decency.
