Pros

supply onsite expense but half-half(max. $200)

Cons

1. Much trainees in small space. 2. Do the internal project without pay. 3. training session takes more than 3 months and not ready for marketing. 4. H1B maybe fine.

We're very sorry to hear you've had this experience, and even more so that you've posted your concerns anonymously so we aren't able to directly address them with you! First of all, yes, we were in close quarters for a while but we've recently expanded with an entirely new office wing. Secondly, the only internal projects that we ask anyone to work on are projects we feel they will benefit from. Under no circumstances, and at no time, is anyone required to work on a project should they prefer not to. As to your third point, we provide our trainees with the tools to be successful but we do not guarantee them success, and we would never make that promise. You're only able to go as far as you're willing to take yourself. And finally, we have absolutely no control over the visa process. We do not write the rules, the Congress of the United States of America does that - we simply comply with their guidelines.

Pros

A systematic training!! The trainers were experienced and professional. The training content presented in PPT were clear and easy to understand. It was a great training experience to me and I, as a newer to BA, learned a lot of knowledge from the training. The whole training were well-organized and scheduled. It was a great interaction between the trainer and trainees in the class.

Cons

I joined a two-month training. Because I was a newer to BA field, it felt time was not enough! However, it's never late to learn. I would keep learning by myself after the training session and try to absorb the info I received from the training.
