      Pros

      You don't have to work too hard. Low expectations from everyone.

      Cons

      - Most people don't know what they're doing. No one takes responsibility for anything, so nothing ever gets done. The same major issues keep resurfacing, and they hold the company back in major ways. - If you becomes friends with a boss / manager and can fake a smile, you're somehow golden...if you're a cheap enough hire. Management is too "nice" (read: lazy) to fire anyone. - Some employees have to "clock in" and "clock out" depending on their status. Not kidding.

      Pros

      Amida Care has great benefits, is employee centered and member focused. WE have a generous PTO package (Holidays, Vacation, Sick and Personal Days). Amida Care is a company that lives it's mission. It's an inclusive work environment and, there are also many ways for employees to participate in committees and work groups that help shape the employee experience for everyone at Amida Care. My favorite is starting the weekend early with the Summer hours program.

      Cons

      The work we do requires a great deal of patience and empathy which at times can make employees feel that they have to give more of themselves but, the work is fulfilling!
