Amida is a modern forward thinking company, Recruitment is hard and having worked for a large corporate and feeling very insignificant Amida makes me feel the opposite, I am in charge of my desk, my day and making my money! Yes the support is there if you need it but you are respected and given the space to prove your knowledge, fantastic for veterans of the industry like me but also perfect for the younger consultants who can bring new approaches and ideas to the table.
