Pros
There are many great reasons for working at this company. It's small, which in turn means wearing lots of hats and learning many, many skill sets. Being a start up, they are very lenient with the working from home policies. The company has also taken steps to establish a culture for its employees, with monthly board/card game nights Although there has been some crunch time moments in the past, recent changes to project planning have gradually eased off the stress. A willingness to adapt proves the companies longevity and growth potential.
Cons
Amida is currently feeling out changes to its company policies. While not necessarily bad, this means changes that to try to accommodate existing employees as well as new ones. Although the workload has been coming down, there is still quite a bit left to be done and finding new hires has been difficult in the extremely competitive marketplace.
