Pros
Talented team of developers interested in teaching and working with younger people. Great work life balance ( often slow work ); 2 remote days a week.
Cons
Often had no work to do or work that could be done over 8 hours not 40... They're focused on looking for work and not focused on the internal people. CEO has repeatedly talked down to women, and many had left the company on bad terms in my tenure.
