      There are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      Absolutely agree with the Glassdoor reviews. Horrible place! If you don't do exactly what the manager says, you're out. They mislead interns about 401K eligibility, restrict FMLA leave for women, and have managers with zero experience. The CEO micromanages everything, and if you disagree, you're fired. Beware before considering this company.
