Pros
Free snacks and generous PTO policy.
Cons
The company culture is inexistent. Only a handful of people have managed to stay there for more than a year, everyone else resigns (smart) or gets fired before the one year mark. There's is no career path for anyone, the only promotion given company wide in the past year was for the CMO, now the President! All of this while most people in the DC office fear loosing their jobs and the executives are doing nothing to change the feeling. The Cincinnati office resembles more a fraternity than a business, zero diversity and exclusively open to the club of former P&G buddies and their friends. Most executives, particularly the CEO and the new president, lack basic people and leadership skills. Sadly, it seems they are the only ones with a voice in the company.
