Pros
You certainly get your hands dirty. If you're interested in a startup atmosphere (read - every day is different, people's roles/responsibilities change often, goals and objectives change constantly, everyone is learning together), then this could be a good fit. I certainly learned a ton during my time with Amify and don't regret that experience. And my colleagues became friends...although most quit or have been fired.
Cons
It looks like marketing is scrambling to save face (see previous review). The CEO is very much not ideal and I agree with previous comments regarding him. There was a sense of hostility and panic when I was there. Any time someone was asked to talk to management, others would wonder if their job was on the line. Some of those who have tried to stick it out and be a cheerleader for the company have been let go or demoted - huge red flag.
