Amigo has serious issues with its management, communication and transparency. The main issue is managers who do not know how to manage people, and consistently convey conflicting messages. They fire people who raise concerns or have an opinion without any prior conversation. Management seem to have no idea what they’re doing, they hired a bunch of people and made most people redundant in their first months. It’s really an absolute joke, being assured that your job is secure to being let go within the same week. They treat people as a number, and most are considered and treated as replaceable. I would highly recommend you move on and find another employment if they do survive which is unlikely. Management blame customers instead of looking to see if they’re the issue.

People hired below management level are great. Actually really good product.

- Job security - there is none. About half the company got laid off during my time there. Not the first time they’ve done a mass laying off. - Communication is poor Targets are unrealistic and not communicated well if at all. Management will ask for feedback then alienate you if they disagree. - Management The decision making of management is questionable at best but the worst part is no one seems qualified to do their job. - Fear culture As so many people got laid off there was a constant fear you’d be next. - Pay and benefits Benefits were cut, pay is below market standard. - No opportunity for progression
