Pros
Strong product, talented and incredibly smart (and not boring) people, focused but casual and relaxed working environment, lots of ownership and responsibility, great work life balance
Cons
As with any startup, some operational structure and processes are lacking so it's a bit rough and tumble sometimes, but the bright side is that you get to define what you want!
